With offices in Barcelona (headquarter), Madrid and Seville, BRS is the leading global mobility company in Spain. Since its creation, the company managed over 5.000 relocation cases in the majority of Spanish provinces, as well as many international destinations for local companies or multinationals.
BRS is a member of EURA (European Relocation Association) and Worldwide ERC (Worldwide Employee Relocation Council).

Beatriz Carro de Prada
Managing Director, Founding Partner
Beatriz is an expert in Relocation and International Mobility. She has practical understanding of the relocation process, after having moved with her family seven times in nine years between France, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and the United Kingdom. Beatriz speaks six languages and is a frequent speaker at local and international workshops and conferences related to Global Mobility an Expat Communities. In 2012 she has been awarded the Re:locate Award of “Rising Star in the Relocation Industry”.
Pascal Philippe Bourbon
Director, Founding Partner
Pascal has a total of over 25 year experience in international business assignment. He has lived and held management positions in several countries including his native France, Vietnam, the United States, Germany, Ireland and Spain. Since 2000 he originated several business ventures in Barcelona. Pascal is also very active in the international community in Spain and held several board positions in local start-ups and non for-profit organizations. In 2006 Pascal has been appointed Foreign Trade Adviser to the French Government.
Our team
Our counselors share a common denominator, a customer-focused attitude and a passion for what they do. They are personally assigned to each transferee by the BRS Director, based on their personal strenghts and field experience. Regular training sessions help our team stay up-to-date with market tendencies and service improvement tools and skills.
Each BRS member is a valued asset and a reflection of our philosophy. A group of multilingual professionals with highly developed interpersonal skills, thorough knowledge of Spain and a clear understanding of cross-cultural issues.

In the last years BRS won several national and International tenders and is the “Preferred Destination Service Provider¨ for several major Global Relocation Management companies.
In 2012, BRS received 2 awards for “the Rising Star in Relocation” on the annual Rellocate Awards in 2012 award for Beatriz Carro, managing director and “the Best Intl’ Destination Services Provider” award for BRS).
Since 2011 BRS has been awarded every year for the quality of their services with “Cartus Gold or Platinium award”.
